My brother and I have sent out direct mailers, very generic we buys houses cash with a phone number and a we buy house sign for the picture.

It's all done by email, you'll never talk to your rep or processor by phone and if your loan officer or processor is bad at they're job getting a loan closed can be a nightmare. 

I would agree with the comments above start out slow make your own calls at first get 1000 calls will teach you how to speak on the phone with the seller so you can teach the VA what to say when handling objects it took me about 4 months to get my first wholesale deal everyone is different but it taught me a lot.

For instance an unpaid cell phone bill.

Most issues are solved with a phone call… plumber, AC issues, etc.  

To be sure, I have only sent her 2 letters and made 1 phone call over a 6 week period.

I just got off the phone with Kelly down in Florida.   

They have now stopped responding and corresponding to emails and the only phone numbers they provide go to a medical facility in Florida and a full VM box that never gets responded to.Am I just f'd out of my money here with no recourse or do I have any leg to stand on to try and sue them for poor due diligence and not fulfilling the promises made?
