Our investment partner is a family member, and he has a boat.

@Donte Brame there's the RI Real Estate Investor Group that meets twice monthly, usually the first Thursday of the month online for anyone, and the third Thursday in-person for members in Warwick.

Also - I'm dealing with an applicant right now who appears to live with a family member (same last name, listed as the landlord on her application) who was just served an eviction notice on September 14.

You can also ask members of your local real estate investors association for real estate accountant recommendations.Good luck.
