Mind you it's always good to have an attorney around that you have a good relationship with to bounce things off of, but nothing you've listed says hire a lawyer - not to me anyway.

After a very successful 2018 and 2019, my bookings tanked in April and May 2020, and then occupancy bounced back to 90-95% beginning last June.

I knew that rates were at a historically low level and if the U.S. economy wasn't going to collapse, that a loan in 2020 would be more proportionally valuable as time went on and rates bounced back.

Do you think the Destin inventory will bounce back after high season?

I moved to White Rock BC about a year ago from Ontario and looking to meet like minded individuals in the Greater Vancouver area to connect with and bounce ideas off of. 

The housing market bounced back in 2020 much faster than other sectors of the economy and has sustained that growth and pace into 2021.2020 was a record-breaking year for the US housing market.

With things this year, there aren't as many employed there which obviously hurts the rental markets.With the strong tourism here, once things get closer to being normal in the world, the rentals will bounce back.
