I began investing in real estate here in the Twin Cities in 1997. I have owned single family homes and duplexes and have flipped and wholesaled properties. We were lucky to divest several properties before the downturn and are now in the process of building back up our portfolio.
Our goal is to build a passive income stream to $20K+ per month within the next 10 years. Of course, sooner would be better!
