Congrats on being such an inspiration to your family and being awesome!

This post was inspired by a response I received about how difficult it is to find properties that meet the 1-2% rule, and how although this may be the case, the deal is in the low interest rates today vs. low prices in the past.

The videos you see van sometime be inspiring, but they also fail in regards to teaching newbies how to invest because while there may be a number of important factors that are discussed in videos and books there are thousands of important factors that are purposely ignored.

I was inspired by an old family friend, and I have had a little bit of communication with him over social media about my interest in real estate investing.  

I am no expert, I am an inspiring Real Estate Investor who is educating himself in order to be successful in this business, but I did learn that this morning and thought it was interesting and a great way to have more funding for investment. 

Hello All, I am an inspiring investor and I think I've found a deal but I'm not really sure.

You never know what's going to pop up but with that being said you could take a "wing it" approach and it could work out and Jumpstart the process but generally I'd say yes, save.

The car will be paid off eventually by assets that generate passive incomeThe fatigue is already starting to be replaced with new inspiration!
