I believe this is addressed in How to Use Limited Liability Companies & Limited Partnerships by Garrett Sutton.It depends on what you want to do, but the S-Corp can pay health care benefits, etc. and hire you and your family as employees, with benefits, etc.

I am a little disappointed in our health care system in that they did not pick it up on the first hospital visit.In my opinion even if things were perfectly done in the house a CO detector would be worth the money, you never know what can happen.

This can be in an estate in an hour or in a benefits determination arising from health care in a couple days.The "inner city" is a flag to me as to value and can't imagine a bank walking away losing that much if there was equity in them, so I'd have to question the comps.This needs cash to payoff the lender.
