Question for you as someone who has passed, would you say that the test in general is more logical and the correct answer will jump out at you given their good study habits or is the test in general more "tricky" like some of those pre-calculus tests we all remember and the first gut response answer may not be the correct one based on a small detail.My favorite example is: Your driving a bus with 10 people on it, at the first stop 7 get on and 4 get off.

If you could prove the tenant abused the machines or disconnected them and then hooked them up wrong, you may have a case.

She also, very quickly I might add, came out and straight up told me she was trying to get away from an abusive ex-husband BUT that the court case was almost over and that she would be getting a huge check (ends up telling me exactly how much in the app) and so she could pay me 6 months of rent in advance.

I would never respond to a text.. they are training U.. me personally get those text I never answer them .. unless its a close associate or family.. never would I let a tenant text me NEVER.. they will abuse you threaten you drunk text you etc.I mean really all this over 200.00 bucks  I mean seriously..
