I have have about twenty books I need to read before I even go and start looking for neighborhood deals.

I don't feel that the question was answered :/ If the finest twenty first century scientists can't answer the question of which came first, how can we?

It makes me uneasy to put six figures of savings into the policy without having a good picture of what the fees will be twenty years later.I would probably network with the members you heard about this from at your REIA.
