Arizona, Idaho and Nevada property owner, looking for guidance to transition from property owner to Real Estate Investor.

Hello,

I listed 3 states in the subject line because I have 2 previous primary residences (Nevada and Idaho) that are now rentals and 1 primary residence (Arizona) where I reside currently. I bought my first property at age 23 in 2003, my second property in 2005 and my third this last March 2013. I'm hoping I can make meaningful contacts through my membership at BiggerPockets to transition from home owner to real estate investor.

Thanks,
Mike

Hello,

Thanks for the welcome! Definitely excited to check out BiggerPockets! Bought young as a primary residence x 2, last one in 2005, values tanked with the crash so am currently holding and waiting, waiting, waiting for them to return. Twenty-nine is still yound to get started, congrats. Just started investing again this year, but want to do more than just buy a primary residence!

See ya around,
Mike
