Both amazing books and I have learned a lot and plan on rereading in the near future. so I believe I have a little bit of knowledge on the lingo that is used to grasp some of the post. the hardest part I am having trouble with is choosing my niche, I really like the longevity of rentals, but also the semi quickness of flipping.
