I’m hoping dynamic pricing as a strategy will help but still wonder if a management company can increase bookings

Right now we have it where the agreements shows she's the landlord of her property and I'm the landlord of mine but wondering if there was a way to make it under one individual as the landlord?

I wonder if I could reach out to any local brokers who would know of investors that perform these loans, since none of the traditional lenders do.
