Or when he cited a Supreme Court case, he cited the dissent, not the majority opinion (he did that several times.)The reason he did this (apart from the fact that he was nutty as a walnut tree) is that he did his research not only with his preferred result in mind, but also absolutely convinced that he was right, and needed only to find the proof.

If it is say several hundreds of dollars expect to get your *** thrown out of court with nothing after the judge rips you a new one for being predatory.While I agree you have to enforce your (legal) lease, however sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees.

Most yards around here are big enough to fit on a postage stamp.This one has 10 fruit trees and arable land.My difficulty is that the house is old 1907.

The heat pump works fine but is at least 20 if not 25 years old, the house also has some big trees too close to the house where big branch's have already fallen off the tree and have done damage to the roof in the past (I can tell by the patched shingles).
