I cant help but think this will be different than 2008, but that is just speculation really. 

Sometimes, this is a speculative class to be considered. 

since he knows the market and the area you might be smart to get with him on this if you want to speculate on a 675k purchase.  

I think it is kind of a dangerous game to base all investments on speculation.

Anyway hard to speculate by just looking a picture without a problem statement.  

I (like you, dear reader) can't speculate on whether I can actually sell it this year due to the market but again, I would like to do so.  

It's all speculation at this point.

We can only speculate why, but most likely because they are just super busy with everything that is going on, and it just makes more sense to just worry about unloading those assets later when they have more bandwidth (that is my theory). in 1-2 months, all of the auctions that were not sold will be relisted, so there will a lot of foreclosures coming up in the next few months.
