I tend to soak up more information by ear, but I frequently bookmark and take notes later on.

In the mean time I'll be soaking up as much knowledge as i can here on the forums and through the podcasts and webinars to supplement what I read.As far as my experience with real-estate goes I got my license 3 years ago, at the tender age of 22.

I currently work full time as an electrician. im here to soak up as much knowledge and insight about REI as I possibly can.

I have a lot of skills I can use to help out with established investors and soak in the experience they've built over the years.

Hello everyone,I have been reading on this site for about a month now and soaking in the information.Little background to start: Im 22 years old, licensed plumber working full time as well as running my own plumbing cash business on the side.  

A ROFR is good to make a buyer feel comfy if  they really don't understand the document and to soak up spilled beer.

I am really excited to get started up on the whole REI thing and I have been soaking up every thing I can (forums, BP podcasts, recommended reading lists, etc).

1) You can get the hardwater stains out by draining the toilet, then fill it with white vinegar and let it soak.
