It costs $6,000 per semester at the University of Arkansas.  

The rents are amazing, as long as you are OK with year over year turnover and possible vacancies during summer months or holidays (could make up money with VRBO or AirBnB rentals during this time).Most of the rentals I have seen have furnishings, appliances and charge a rental fee that spans the quarter or semester needed for the students (think like "Fall Semester, $1600 per bed, 2 beds per room, as an example...this number is low and is just to provide an example).There are a lot of people here on BP who do this on a large scale, you should search the forums, find one or two and ask to pick their brain. 

Also, it is the middle of the school year, so families would be moving their kids to a new school mid year or college young adults are concentrating on finals for the semester and dont have time to make a move.

My parents bought me a car in 2007, a 2008 Pontiac G6, during my first semester of college and paid it off before I graduated.

So no matter what program you choose, do if if you think you're paying this $200/month as for a college class that's 4 semester long, or so.

Long story short, after a couple of expensive HVAC repair bills he ended up taking an HVAC repair class at the local community college and after completing the one-semester class he began performing all the HVAC repairs at his properties himself.Sounds like a great idea to me. 

It seems like those who value a degree the most are those who don't have one.I dropped out of a Big 10 school after three semesters.

I also notice that you ARE learning from the responses, and have ALSO entertained the idea of postponing school for a semester.  

Took three semesters of accounting and i still dont know what those mean.
