My interest rate and purchase price wouldn’t allow for positive cash flow unless I charged an unreasonable rent—or put about $500K toward the principal, which isn't ideal.I’m a high earner, so I’m weighing my options:Take the loss ($60K-$100K), buy another house, and chalk this up to a hard lesson learned.Refinance, put more money into it, and rent it out long-term—even if it’s not immediately profitable.Invest my money elsewhere and try to make peace with staying here for several years or just move.Would love to hear thoughts from anyone with experience in real estate, financial strategy, or noise mitigation.

Try not to get overwhelmed as there’s a lot of information on BP and many avenues within real estate investing.When I was starting out, I was interested in so many strategies, but I discovered that I did my best when I focused on one or two and really built my knowledge around them.

I managed a few in Ironbound and on Aldine St back in my Real Estate days these are the tactics I used to keep them full

You can call a commercial agent and ask them what lawyer they use in some cases you could pay them to write it up.  

Since this opportunity came up, I've begun to take real estate more seriously as a path to financial freedom.

Building a strong team (agent, contractor, lender, property manager) is key—seek referrals from experienced investors.
