Hello again:Although several accounts I have communicated with are confident in their Real Estate Investment expertise so far they all pause when I speak about including a SDIRA in the mix.  

For so many to discuss what a piece of crap Patch of Land is and then see an ad for it in my face does give me... pause.'

In my opinion, Home Union's fees are unreasonable and reading through their glassdoor reviews it appears that the company has low employee satisfaction and issues raised in the reviews gave me pause on trusting them to manage a property.

Yes, the reason I ask how many vs do you smoke is because open ended questions people tend to tell the truth and have to pause for a second to think about the answer when they are smokers. 

LOL.. now I am sure there are some that have worked and these guys must fund enough to not get shut down.But in principal getting 3k out of people and they cant get a deal done that is what gives most experienced folks in the industry pause.

I know I'm not the first person to pause at the thought of leveraging debt.

IF we see a sharp rise in rates, then yes, property values may take a pause as first time home owners are unable to to buy and maybe buyers are unable to make deals work.  

Will a corner store automatically give a pause to a potential renter?

Others hold off on the screaming, hit the pause button and take a deep breath.
