In my opinion, Home Union's fees are unreasonable and reading through their glassdoor reviews it appears that the company has low employee satisfaction and issues raised in the reviews gave me pause on trusting them to manage a property.

Yes, the reason I ask how many vs do you smoke is because open ended questions people tend to tell the truth and have to pause for a second to think about the answer when they are smokers.

IF we see a sharp rise in rates, then yes, property values may take a pause as first time home owners are unable to to buy and maybe buyers are unable to make deals work.
