what if the borrower stops paying and the property goes to foreclosure and sells for $150k at foreclosure sale?

I see the idea and I think it's great, but going all in on a theme is going to make a potential guest stop scrolling and book with you instead of anyone else.

They stop paying anything from that point no rent and no bills.

But the payment never cleared somehow and the booking was then stopped by airbnb but they already checked in.

For some people they are good with 5 others just can't stop buying real estate. 

Price is fairly low for the upside and it does have $300K in a perpetual fund  for when sales stop. 

It doesn’t happen over night.
