You may need to leave about $20,000 into the property after refinancing and you may only cash flow about $150 a month, however you can create $40,000 to $50,000 of equity right up front. 

In my area 100 sq ft is about $600/month. 

After several months of hard work, I was able to raise the value of the home.

Currently started renting it for 2300$ per month , need your suggestion things I can do to fix my below situation. 

We generally do one per month and each club member that wants to get involved can do so for as little as $5K.
