There seems to be a whole lot of confusion on this subject on the interwebs, and I'm looking for some experience on this.Philadelphia zoning (and apparently a handful of other cities) define a family as "not to include more than 3 persons unrelated by blood, marriage, or adoption".

Today is the 17th Anniversary of Marriage for Renee Smith and myself - and I'm even more infatuated with her today than I was when I meet her 20 years ago!

He worked off shore in oil and gas and long story short it was a lonely, sad marriage.

Although it was his separate property coming in to the marriage it could become community property if it can be shown community funds were used to pay for upkeep and property taxes
