From ZERO to EIGHT Properties & Counting in 2 Anniversaries

Today is the 17th Anniversary of Marriage for Renee Smith and myself - and I'm even more infatuated with her today than I was when I meet her 20 years ago!

However, I must confess that for the last 2 years, I've had a mistress... Her name is Blue Chariot. No, that's not the name of a stripper! It's the name of my Real Estate Business - and Renee has been amazingly supportive of me spending every dollar I get my hand on to buy houses. So here's a breakdown of my last two Anniversaries with Renee, as it relates to Blue Chariot Homes...

- Anniversary June 17th 2016 = TWO (2) Homes

- Anniversary June 17th 2017 = EIGHT (8) Homes, with TWO (2) more under contract, ONE (1) in negotiations, and offers out on several more...

So, my secret to success? Find yourself an amazing woman and marry her! That's what I did 17 years ago today...
