During the last property cycle, the gal who cuts my hair would quiz me about real estate investing.

Just as that doctor brings value in treating you, as the CPA doe in your corporate accounting, just as that attorney does in representing the client, but for some wild haired idea, new wholesalers with less knowledge than a Realtor seem to find ways to justify their value beyond what they are really worth.

I didn't have a problem with that.But one applicant was a hair dresser, says she have clients who are closer to her home then her salon, or may be wanting a cut after hours would come by to get their hair done, I declined.

It appears you can set up your own Chart of Accounts and designate project codes / entity filters.  

That said, in the scope here a small hair to split amongst the other ideas.
