As a recent college engineering grad who formerly had only been exposed to the typical American life (piling on as much debt as possible in hopes of keeping up with the Joneses), you guys have really got the gears turning in my head and have opened a new way of thinking for me.After recently obtaining a good paying job, I almost made the mistake of buying a new truck and taking on some of the other bad debt that comes with most college grads; instead, I have chosen to put my eggs in the real estate basket.

The only reason to have multiple when flipping is if you have multiple deals going on at once where you would have a high equity position in total with them all exposed to the public.

I think most larger banks are sophisticated enough and have covered such cases in the past, where smaller institutions may not have been exposed to such cases and may give you a hard time.

Not to discourage you but doing flips from afar is no easy task and opens you up to other risks associated with those logistics you would not be exposed to otherwise.
