Here's my best guess:Allowing this would create precedent to allow it more often, so even if they don't care about this specific transaction, it could greatly reduce their margins by getting less transactions where they collect the full 6%*on a similar note, do are unrepresented buyers/renters actually make up a large portion of transactions (20%+?)
