My guess is that it will be required to go through the courts since you can't repossess without disrupting the peace (people living in it) and without taking their other belongings. 

@Andrea Fajardo to be clear, are you asking if there's a way to block a neighbor from texting you about tenants you placed that are causing your neighbor disruption?

The second will be trickier to avoid disrupting the tenants too much so If it’s all the outlets and lights it will probably mean moving them out and doing a full update on that floor in the first few months 

So, the slightest disruption, such as 2 month’s vacancy or a new water heater, or replacing appliances or a roof repair or a bad winter and the pipes freeze or worse they burst and flood, a bad wind storm, etc and I’m sitting with a house that I have $35,000 into with negative return.
