It's about payment process-flow that prevents landlords a fair opportunity to dispute any fees and maintenance charges.  

It will beat you down if you're not passionate or at least resolute about it.

Add $10k per year expense for appraisal dispute.

Last thing you want is to end up in court disputing something that you heard off of BP or some other internet search. 

Is the landlord responsible to solve their dispute?

I find that is a real rarity in foreclosures, and in several hundred foreclosures, I had precisely two clients damage the property to any significant extent.I saw you received some advice about considering the environmental factors in your foreclosure resolution. 

Do you have facts to dispute it other than you employ 200 people and have practiced for 20 years? 

I wouldn't be surprised if people dispute these with their credit card as well. 

You need to understand how to use it on a daily basis: proper resolutions, annual meetings, banking accounts and accounting practice.
