@William Kyle Walker again don't know the context but I have been around a few blocks a few times.. and if I have seen people flame out in RE its robbing peter to pay paul.. its slippery slope that once you get behind many times you can't recover and it just gets worse and depending on the situation here IE you have investor it can move to a criminal type thing..

Leaves me with $241/month true cash flow.In hindsight, I could have rented this property for possibly $1600/mo, but my tenants have great credit with government jobs and a clean record (criminal and with past landlords).

@John Suralik kris is talking about sub too.. and this is why I really take offense to these types of things.. he buys it knowing the loan is not in his name so if he walk he could care less its the poor seller that got duped that gets their credit trashed..
