Working on an opportunity to acquire a property with an existing FHA loan. 

I hold the realtor license, find the land, hold the GC license, push all the paperwork through and acquire the money for the jobs.

However, you would have to make sure that you have been living on your current primary house for at least a year before acquiring your next primary purchase.

Those skills are acquired through people imparting knowledge that can be implemented into practice.
