My goals with the money will be to retire early, travel (I am a Flight Attendant), pay off my parents mortgage, give back to those in need, save money, and be able to do the things I want to do without the burden of constantly worrying about money.

Here are a few tips to help you on your journey:Network, Network, Network: Make connections with other investors, real estate professionals, and possible mentors by attending regional meetings, networking events, and seminars.

@Evan Loader Not sure if you've tried these methods but i would try going to your local multifamily investor meets up, attending larger multifamily conferences and networking with Sponsors on social media platforms like BP and linkedlin. 

Attending the mastermind also gives you access to her MultiFi community where you get access to the course, ongoing zooms and support, and the zoom vault with past trainings.

Attend meetups and meet as many people in RE as you can.

Also a great place to start would be attending as many networking events as your can.

Read everything you can here on wholesaling and then attend your local REIA meetings.

Inspection (they attended) came back overall very positive with two possible red flags. 

Overall- two goals: (1) Work on my accountability and connect with accountability partners and investors, and, (2) Execute, execute, execute.I'm hoping to attend some conferences and seminars this year.
