Personally I have never used anyone that I didn't have some reference for, a person or several who had worked with that lender in the past and had closed completed deals, and I would never use anyone blindly.

You can either do what everyone here tells you.. target anyone and everyone blindly, without logic, common sense, strategy or intelligence and keep pestering thousands of people for just one deal... or be like an engineer, scientist.. or a smart person in general...Isolate the right audience, and then approach that RIGHT audience with the RIGHT message.Logic no?
