I had lived in Athens GA as a grad student (2010-2016), however, I now live and work on the west coast.

North of 95, east of 95, west of MLK. 

I specialize in Duplex's and  SFH in Palm Coast.  

That's a good question, I've seen this done in Clear Spring which is just west of Hagerstown.

I'm looking toward the coast for my first investment.

I know insurance in the foothills with timber etc and threat of wildfire has gone up all through the west.. but we are in Lake Oswego which is an urban environment.. when I got a renewal.. my insurance went from under 2k a year to over 6k a year..
