You're providing an alternative investment vehicle for people.

You can still deduct car loan interest provided you deduct only that portion related to business use of the vehicle.

Or are you looking at it being your only retirement vehicle?

My husband wants lots of parking, we own three vehicles and a travel trailer, plus we need parking for renters.

Is it deteriorating, neighbors have piles of trash or stuff outside their houses, broken collection of vehicles in the yard or kept yards, gardens, landscaping of some sort? 

I would like to have other investments that don't have an age penalty so that we can chose to leave our desk jobs before we're 59.5+, and I think REI is one vehicle in which that can be done.
