If you have not been to Wenatchee and Lake Chelan look those up  along with Hwy 20 from the oakanagon to Bellingham WA very pretty very chill and not so expensive.

I am so sick and tired of all these uneducated opinions fluiong around on BP, and not to mention all the gurus teaching people utter horse crap.

I feel like I constantly flog the fantastic benefits of SD401K's, but what the hell, they are just far superior to IRA/LLC's and seem to be utterly overlooked by 99% of investors.

I have a signed lease and cash in hand for deposit and first-month rent.When I think of how ignorant I was, just a couple of weeks ago, and the traps that were put in front of me regarding the first questionable prospects, it is just chilling!!

First, no disrespect to anyone but I think someone needs to chills and beam into the 21st century.

Utterly inconsolable. 

If the owners are 'land hoarders', it could save you a chilling rejection at the door to know ahead of time.  

I had nine bags to load into my trunk, drive to the far corner of the lot and toss into the dumpster in -2 temperatures with a -11 wind chill.
