Hi Justin,Moving your properties to an LLC triggers the due on sale clause, there is not a whole lot you can do about that.

The change in ownership could also trigger a "due on sale" clause in the mortgage. 

@Marshall FairleyWhile I agree with @Ryan Blake that Myers, Networth & New Western get the MOST houses, I would recommend researching other investors experiences with these companies prior to pulling the trigger.  

Other than the general assumption that if the trade war spirals into chaos the economies overall would will an effect, possibly triggering an economic downturn.

I have never heard of a bank re-checking employment unless there’s an event that triggers it.

I've flipped before, and will be an active investor who is not afraid to "pull the trigger".

Because most of them will have due on sale clauses that if you transfer the loan it becomes due immediately, and a transfer to an LLC can trigger that.

In Pennsylvania, assigning contracts can trigger realty transfer taxes.
