New member, mentoring program advice
I'm new here, been wanting to get into RE investing for YEARS, and wish I would have pulled the trigger when the market wasn't so hot!!! I'm in CA and it's crazy here! I do own a couple rentals but that was by accident. I would like to get more passive income and considering multi-family and apartments. I'm looking at REmentor program for multi-family/apartment. Has anyone done their 3 day boot camp? Is it worth it, is 3 days enough? Do they just try to get you to sign up for the next program?
