Is there a way to realize more this year or spread it out over subsequent years? 

I also will be turning my 1 bedroom apartment into a 2 bedroom apartment by putting up a wall on an 8x10 section off the living room with a sliding barn door.

The same person who will tell you not to buy the property because of coronavirus concerns will also slide ride past you and pick up the same deal after you drop it.

If the items were small cosmetic issues, I would let it slide..... if these are big tickets items that they are claiming to have fixed but didn't , then its not a company I want to work with..... they are lying to your face and hoping you don't notice or don't care....

My question is, if I convert the property back to an LLC after the refi, is a credit union more likely than a big bank to care and subsequently call in my loan?
