I’m just trying to sail the boat out to the ocean, rather than rock the boat at this point.With the two different floor tiles, the shower floor has one tile and the rest of the bathroom floor has another tile.

I realize a good program will not be cheap, but the $500k took the wind out my sails.

If you own them, no debt, and each rental brings in 20% of the "average" working guy's wage, you'll be able to spend the rest of your days wondering; "do I sail north, or south today", and that's a good place to be!

Remember, your failures do not define you unless you let them.And when things are not going the way I think they should, I try and remember that I can't change the wind but I can adjust my sails.

I will say, now that I've gone through and the contractor is approved it SHOULD be smooth sailing for the next one.

Boats are a hole in the water, I've owned a few small sailing yachts, and am a ASA certified for sailing across internal waters in my past life...

There's always going to be winds blowing your sail.
