They promote using a dialer software which increases your calling success.

He said we were friends, wanted referrals, told us that we are very particular, and asked to take photos of our home when he was done.The four weeks has turned into three months and a long delay in getting us the final bill.

Also how do you set up contracts that are in your favor, such as being able to get referral fees that are more your in your favor?

If they don't know how to price your unit or promote it - that might be a different problem all together.
