The Party of the First Part hereby grants to Party of the Second Part, their heirs, and assigns, a Driveway EASEMENT and Right of Way, together with the full and free right at all times hereafter, with automobile, or other vehicle, or on foot, for the purposes of ingress and egress to and from any portion of lot 14 hereafter designated to pass and repass along and a strip of land approximately 5 feet wide extending along and upon the south line of lot 13.It is further understood and agreed that the Easement granted herein is to be held by the respective grantees, their heirs, and assigns, as appurtenant to the land owned by the grantees.It is further understood and agreed that the Party of the First Part will and does agree to pay one-half and the Party of the Second Part will and does agree to pay one-half the cost of maintaining the present paved driveway over the respective easement herein granted, together with cement approach and sidewalks which now form a part of said driveway and over which same extends.This agreement has been executed in duplicate by the parties and each executed copy thereof shall be considered an original.

The frost is 16" deep and could take three weeks of warm weather to make it permeable .

For my local area, the utility will put up one pole, but after that, it's up to me to pay for it.In regards to roads, you could probably call a paving company, one of the large guys you see rebuilding roads every year, and ask them as they should know.

The park has paved roads with curbing, drainage, etc.

Some roads are dirt and some are paved.

Every mistake has already been made and every path to success has already been paved.

The roads to the boundaries of the property are paved and maintained by: the seller; the owner of the property on which the road exists; the municipality; the county; or the state.

Deducted from the profit where all kinds of expenses - gutter cleaning, driveway paving, plumbing, etc.  

We are only talking about those abusing the system.If they dont work, neither let them eat.They should do the work that the government finds necessary (pave roads, cut roadside grass, ect.) in order to recieve their food stamps, ect.
