I am looking for multifamily property in bay area and narrowing down area. 

Also, always have a Plan B, and C because not much goes according to plan!

What about the ability to narrow a search down by only searching the post title?   

Keep asking questions and narrowing down your goal and you'll find your avenue for weathering the coming storm. 

I've driven in Seattle many times and the roads are narrow, twisty, hilly and wet and the "sun" goes down by 4:00pm in the winter.

Always on the lookout but really surprised by the lack of Class B and Class C inventory for the size of the market.
