Hey everyone, I was just wondering if there was a website or tool that displays the statistics of a real estate market in a certain city/neighborhood.

They generally have the form in a display rack so you can pick it up. 

Last week I purchased an entire kitchen display valued at $22k for $5400!

I would advise against buying in markets, for example, that are not displaying strong population growth and/or are dependent on a single employer.

Bigger pockets own ads, are displaying recent condo's that were developed within close proximity of this property.
