How long has it been storage?

Filthy, dirty people and they left it a disaster zone of filth and junk in their apt, a common storage area (that the previous owner "rented" to them, which they also stopped paying for) and the basement. 

Eventually, if no one picks up the stuff, you might want to move things to storage for whatever length of time required in your jurisdiction.

The hogs had gotten too fat, time for a slaughter.

No dependents.No student loans.Ive lived in a townhouse before but never an apartment and I can't commit to spending that much money on rent considering all the privacy and storage inconveniences.

Lots of makeshift storage on the lot (chicken coop, garden shed, etc).

That is why people swear by storage units, no toilets, minimal renovation if at all.  

Hopefully we don't get stuck at the Extended Stay America with our stuff in storage - I will be very angry!)

Do you know if storage is needed in the city? 

Both sets of tenants still are living there.I have a large dog (lab that is over 100 lbs) and have had in the past Goldens and a King Shepherd (150 lbs of virtually no fat).
