This market is fantastic!

Fantastic company!

I want to get my feet wet and make a deal already but I'm not sure if im rushing into it.I have started off reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and it was a fantastic read and now I'm going to buy Davird Greenes book of out of state investing.

Now I have settled outside of Denver, CO and started my family here.I have fantastic tenants (a family of 5) who always pay on time and even do minor fixes and repairs themselves.

Feel free to PM me if you would like a preview before we release it later this year.That would be fantastic and a real game changer because that info is just not available except for the hard way.

I think the idea of the 2nd bath is fantastic, even if its just a half bath.

Also, my PM replies almost within the hour by email which is fantastic.

If the market tanks you can renegotiate or walk away.After the collapse when the market is flooded with cheap inventory is a fantastic time to do subject to and seller financing, rent them out, and wait for prices to rise again.
