Are there any "reasonable" special accommodations for tenant behavior that is a health or safety hazard?  

Is it likely that they were reported for some kind of bad behavior?

Additionally, biggerpockets considers this behavior to be trolling and flaming which is prohibited.

Engaging in criminal behavior only makes things worse.

To me that was strange behavior and I was unsure about this persons character at that point.  

Here's the deal:  If a person in business displays professionalism and appears to be ethically, legally, and practically aligned with my clients' interests, I'll be inclined to work with them.  

If they are treating you this way when  they are expected to be on their best behavior and you can detect problems the most easily, what will they be doing later on when it's more difficult for you to determine if they are doing the right thing or not?  

It would be nice to include vendors, dates, method of pmt, and category, and might also help to display as a list.

If so that is criminal behavior.
