Assuming you're getting into deals that can perform above what the market will deliver (the only reason you would do this), there is still going to be a lot of work involved.

Do you also offer direct booking?

I'm okay with a high interest rate up to 15% because I can still breakeven on the mortgage but not sure how to finance this deal without losing my initial payments

I've had to file the claim for the property and I hope it isn't too big of a deal because stuff happens that is out of my control.

Hey Daniel, I got a good title company that pretty much only deals with investors and they have been doing a great job and always available to answer the phone and help out! 

I have been learning how the process works and there are a lot of resources for how to interview a sponsor and review the deal, but how do you initially access the deals to review?

Purchase price: $85,000 Cash invested: $60,000 My initial strategy for this deal was to flip it and sell it, but the market was unfavorable so I opted for the BRRRR strtategy instead.
