It's a darker stain on the doors though.

So you're gambling on the future, and in the meantime you're a landlord (although obviously you have experience with that).You could do some rehab, but the problem with putting lipstick on a pig (if you'll pardon the crude expression) is that you have a good chance of picking the wrong shade lipstick.  

Now she's back in the same apartment with newly broken window shades and blankets covering her windows. 

In the front yard there are several large oak trees and due to the shade the grass is very sparse.

i love the look. i might have put a little darker paint to make the furniture/appliances/cabs pop out. but it's great.i am interested in the bath sink,cabinet. and mirror. where are they from/cost, etc.also, i'd have put a tub in there since most people like tubs. depending on the clientele, of course..

-Front shade-Backyard shade, cement under it as well(Got permit)-Carport -Took all carpet out inside and put tile-Painted all inside-New cabintes-Took bathroom tub out, did walk shower-Insalled all new ceiling fans

You don't need some shade tree person messing with 220 on your property.

Now, the note holder has issues defending against all the shades of grey of use of funds, collateral, actual business conducted, etc.
