We’ve done a ton of renovations and made a very cute house.

Because she wanted a cute puppy and calling it an ESA was a good end run around the rules.  

Small, cute house with enough "extras" to be desirable, but not enough to make it feel like a non-rental (again, just my perception).

Sure wish some big investors who have the funds would come into Frayser and revamp it all up cute like some other areas of Memphis are being remodeled and help make it a safer & cleaner area for all the families and children.
