Good day folks,I understand no one has a crystal ball but wanted to start a discussion on this.I would like to buy another rental property in Austin (Leander, Pflug, G'town, etc.) and wondering if I should wait  a few more months?

No one has a crystal ball, but I'm interested in a discussion about the affect of the virus based on what you are experiencing first hand.

Also, despite all the prognostication, no one has a crystal ball. 

I am not a coach but if I can offer you a bit of coaching advice I would say to try your best upfront to be crystal clear on what you want to invest in and what your criteria is (focus).
