How much countertop did you add next to the sink and on other side?

I closed on Oct 2020, and then did a full paint job, new floors, painted kitchen cabinets and replaced countertops, etc.

My opinion is that in a rental property, it's appropriate to buy wholesale, used, or scratched/dented appliances in a more entry level rental property.In a flip, if you're putting in new flooring, cabinets, countertops, paint, etc then you should also put in new appliances.

For the 1.8K month rent I would of like to be able to see the kitchen counter tops and be able to walk in all the rooms. 

We got this on the 20% off sale and were out the door including countertops for about 7k.  

In my first remodel-hold, I put brown marbled tile in the kitchen floor, dark walnut stained oak cabinets, and brown concrete countertops.

I'm upgrading a rental with granite kitchen countertops. 

I don't know if he has the same countertops.
