Why do you need someone to ansawer the phone and collect rent?

Unless you have less than 20 units, manage yourself and keep the 10-25% you'll be paying.

  • Set up a call service
  • tenant calls that # with their issues
  • Tenant sends you rent or deposit it to an account at BOA.
  • Maintenance problems; have several handymen lined up, call them when in need of a tenant problem.
  • I believe that if you want to be an investor, you need to live it and experience the problems, over-coming them, the stress and the financial success.
  • Real estate investing is a profitable, fun and wonderful business; where else  can you start a business with out cash, with out an office and with out the need for or the cost of inventory?
